Jerron Blackwell is a safety from Greensboro, NC, who attended Dudley High School as a three-star recruit. During his senior season, he totaled 35 tackles with 21 being solo stops, added six tackles for loss, and recorded nine pass breakups. He also had an interception and fumble recovery against Rockingham County, plus a rushing touchdown against Southeast Guilford. In the North Carolina State Playoffs, Blackwell registered six tackles including four solo efforts. He appeared in one game during his 2025 freshman year at Wake Forest, making two tackles against Delaware on 11/22, and was redshirted.
