Davaughn Patterson is a 6'0", 217-pound defensive back for Wake Forest from Jacksonville, Florida. A redshirt junior and three-star recruit from Edward H White High School, Patterson has appeared in games throughout his college career. In 2025, he recorded 80 total tackles, 35 solo tackles, 9 pass defenses, 4 tackles for loss, and 4 quarterback hurries across all 12 games. Patterson earned 2025 All-ACC Honorable Mention and 2025 Athlon Preseason All-ACC recognition. He finished sixth in the ACC in passes defended while leading his team with nine.
