Buom Jock is a 6'5", 235-pound middle linebacker from Mankato, Minnesota, who transferred to Wake Forest as a junior in 2025. He previously played two seasons at Colorado State, where he recorded 100 tackles with 40 solo stops and 2.5 TFLs as a sophomore starter in 12 games, earning All-Mountain West Second Team honors. That season included an interception against New Mexico, a forced fumble at Air Force, and 13 tackles against UTEP. As a freshman at Colorado State, Jock appeared in all 12 games and totaled 34 tackles with 14 solo stops. He began his college career at California in 2024, appearing in four games while redshirted.
