Xavier Brown is a running back for the Virginia Cavaliers who hails from Lexington, Kentucky, where he attended Lexington Christian High School. A three-star recruit, he was ranked No. 20 nationally among all-purpose backs by Rivals.com and earned Kentucky Gatorade Player of the Year honors. Brown appeared in all 10 games as a true freshman in 2022, earning Offensive Rookie of the Year recognition, and led Cavalier running backs with nine receptions that season. In 2024, he finished second on the team in rushing yards with 488 and averaged 44.4 yards per game across 11 appearances.
