Peyton Lewis is a running back from Salem, Virginia who transferred to Virginia after two seasons at Tennessee. During his 2024 debut with the Volunteers, he appeared in all 13 contests, recording 64 carries for 339 yards and three touchdowns while also handling seven kickoff returns for 151 yards. In 2025, Lewis saw action in 10 games, accumulating 70 carries for 290 yards and seven rushing touchdowns along with four receptions for 42 yards. He was named to the 2026 Athlon Sports Fourth Team Preseason All-ACC. Lewis was a consensus four-star prospect out of high school, ranked as the No. 4 running back nationally in the Class of 2024.
