Jacquon Gibson is a 5'11", 196-pound wide receiver and slot specialist from Fayetteville, North Carolina, who attended William Amos Hough High School. Gibson played four seasons at Massachusetts, redshirting in 2023 due to injury. In 2024, he appeared in 12 games and caught 23 passes for 270 yards and one touchdown. During his final year at UMass in 2025, Gibson started all 10 games he appeared in after being named a team captain and earned Third Team All-MAC honors. He led the Minutemen with 63 receptions for 616 yards while averaging 6.30 receptions per game, ranking 12th in FBS. Gibson transferred to Virginia as a graduate student and is pursuing a master's degree in higher education.
