Terry Wiggins is a true freshman linebacker at Virginia Tech who was a four-star recruit from Coatesville, Pennsylvania. During his senior season in 2025, he compiled 92 tackles with 14 tackles for loss and four sacks. He also recorded four blocked field goals, a blocked punt, 14 quarterback hurries, and four pass breakups while earning first-team All-Ches-Mont League honors and Defensive Player of the Year. As a junior, Wiggins recorded 48 tackles including 11 tackles for loss and one sack. He was ranked as the nation's No. 8 overall linebacker by recruiting services and No. 1 overall linebacker from Pennsylvania by both recruiting services.
