Elijah Baldwin is a 6'7", 230-pound weakside linebacker from San Antonio, Texas who transferred to UTSA from UTEP. At Jay High School, he recorded 63 total tackles and six tackles for loss as a senior, helping the Mustangs reach the Class 6A-Division II playoffs for the first time in program history. During his time with the Miners, Baldwin appeared in 16 games and posted 27 total tackles, 12 solo stops, five tackles for loss, and 3.5 sacks. In 2025, he registered 27 tackles, five tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks, and four pass breakups across 12 contests, including 1.5 sacks against Utah State.
