Dylan Spencer is a 6'5", 245-pound weak-side linebacker from Houston, TX, who transferred to UTSA from Texas Tech. At C.E. King High School, he earned first-team all-district honors as a senior with 75 total tackles, 20 tackles for loss, and nine sacks, leading the Panthers to the Class 6A Division II regional final. As a junior, he recorded 32 stops, 11 tackles for loss, eight sacks, two forced fumbles, and one recovery. Spencer appeared in eight games at Texas Tech in 2023, posting four total tackles, three solo stops, and a quarterback hurry. He was a four-star prospect and top-100 recruit in Texas.
