Braeden Lott is a true freshman linebacker for the UTSA Roadrunners, standing 6'1" and weighing 210 pounds. The Austin native attended Lake Travis High School, where he earned first-team All-District 26-6A honors as a senior. In his final season, he compiled 116 total tackles, 16 tackles for loss, and six sacks while adding two interceptions, two fumble recoveries, and three pass breakups. He helped the Cavaliers reach a 14-1 record and the Class 6A Division I state semifinal, posting 13 tackles and two TFLs in a 31-10 win over Westlake and 11 stops including two for loss against Dripping Springs. Lott is a three-star recruit with an 0.84 rating according to recruiting services.
