RJ Jackson Jr. is a 6'3", 310-pound defensive tackle from Choctaw, Oklahoma, who transferred to UCF from Tulsa. At Tulsa as a freshman in 2023, he appeared in nine games and recorded four tackles with two quarterback hurries. In 2024, his sophomore year, Jackson played in 12 games, totaling 10 solo tackles, 25 assisted tackles, and 3 sacks for 15 yards. In 2025, his junior season at UCF, Jackson started in 11 of 12 games and compiled 24 total tackles, 13 solo, along with 2.5 tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks. He earned All-Big 12 Honorable Mention and 2025 Big 12 All-Academic Team honors. Jackson was part of UCF's Big 12 Defensive Line of the Week following the 45-13 victory over West Virginia on October 18.
