C.J. Turner is a 6'1", 220-pound linebacker from Star City, Arkansas, where he earned Class 4A all-state honors as a senior. A three-star recruit in the 2023 class, Turner redshirted his first year while appearing in four games. He sat out the 2024 season before taking the field in 2025, appearing in 11 games with one start. During the 2025 campaign, he recorded eight tackles (four solo, four assisted) and registered one quarterback hurry against Army. Turner has compiled 11 career tackles across his time with Tulsa and earned Academic All-Conference recognition in both 2023 and 2024.
