Dax Collins is a junior weak-side linebacker from Poteau, Oklahoma, where he played multiple positions at Poteau High School. Collins appeared in 23 career games for Tulsa and has recorded 45 career tackles. In 2024, his debut season, he appeared in 11 games and tallied 25 tackles with a career-high of 11 against South Florida. During the 2025 season, Collins appeared in all 12 games, recording 10 tackles including six solo efforts. He registered one sack for eight yards against UAB on November 29, 2025, and one tackle for loss resulting in eight yards lost. Collins earned 2024 Academic All-Conference honors.
