Sam Stone is a linebacker for the Tulsa Golden Hurricane. The redshirt freshman from Tulsa, Oklahoma, attended Jenks High School, where he lettered for four years and started three seasons on defense plus his senior season on offense. He compiled 351 career tackles, finishing second on Jenks' all-time list, and recorded eight interceptions with three returned for touchdowns. Stone helped his high school reach the Class 6A-1 state runner-up finish as a junior and the state semifinals in both his sophomore and senior years. Since joining Tulsa's 2025 signing class, he has appeared in three games, seeing action on special teams.
