Jabari Strait is a 6'2" left cornerback from Birmingham, Alabama who began his college career at Dodge City JC in 2022 before transferring to Northeastern Oklahoma A&M for 2023. He joined Troy and played in 11 games as a sophomore in 2024, recording two tackles while appearing on special teams in 101 snaps. In 2025, his junior year, Strait appeared in 10 games with two starts at cornerback, finishing with four tackles and one pass breakup across 97 defensive snaps. He recorded two tackles and a pass breakup in a win at ULM while allowing just one catch on four targets.
