Sam Lee is a tight end from Toledo, Ohio, who attended Central Catholic High School before playing at Hillsdale College. At Hillsdale, he appeared in all 11 games in 2023, recording 39 receptions for 624 yards and three touchdowns. He also played in 11 games as a true freshman in 2022, catching three passes for 40 yards and a touchdown. Lee transferred to Toledo and played in 12 games during the 2025 season, recording two receptions for 40 yards with a long of 20 yards.
