Cooper Rusk is a 5'10", 190-pound wide receiver from Macedonia, Ohio who attended Nordonia High School as a four-year varsity starter and captain his senior year. He finished his high school career with 205 receptions, 2,629 yards, and 24 touchdowns, earning third-team all-state honors and three all-conference selections. In 2023, his first season at Toledo, Rusk caught six passes for 80 yards and two touchdowns across 13 games, including five receptions for 64 yards and a touchdown versus Texas Southern. He appeared in all 13 games in 2024 with two receptions against Duquesne and earned Academic All-MAC recognition. In 2025, Rusk played in 12 games, recording two receptions for 21 yards.
