Lance Jackson is a second-year defensive end for Texas from Texarkana, Texas, where he attended Pleasant Grove High School. A five-star prospect ranked No. 21 overall in the 2025 recruiting class, Jackson made his collegiate debut against No. 3/2 Ohio State on August 30, 2025. In his freshman season, he appeared in 13 games with one start, recording 16 total tackles, 6 solo tackles, 2.0 sacks, 2.0 tackles for loss, and 4 quarterback hurries. Jackson earned 2025 SEC All-Freshman Team honors and was named to the 2025-26 First-Year SEC Academic Honor Roll.
