Kirk Francis is a quarterback for Texas Tech who transferred from Tulsa as a mid-year enrollee. The Tulsa, Oklahoma native attended Metro Christian Academy and began his college career as a walk-on before earning a scholarship. At Tulsa over three seasons, he completed 270-of-462 passes (58.4 percent) for 3,045 yards and 18 touchdowns across 18 games. In his 2025 sophomore season with the Red Raiders, Francis started all three games he appeared in, completing 53-of-88 passes for 493 yards and three touchdowns before his season ended due to injury. He has two seasons of eligibility remaining at Texas Tech.
