Background & career
Felix Ojo is a true freshman left tackle for the Texas Tech Red Raiders from Mansfield, Texas, where he attended Lake Ridge High School. At 6'6" and 295 pounds, Ojo was a two-way player who also competed at defensive end while helping the Eagles to a 9-3 record and a Class 6A Division I area round appearance as a senior. He earned High School All-America honors from the Maxwell Football Club, Maxwell preseason All-America recognition, second-team All-State honors from the Texas Sports Writers Association, and was named to the Whataburger Super Team. As a senior, Ojo allowed no sacks and just four pressures. He was a two-time Navy All-American Bowl selection and won the Anthony Muñoz Lineman of the Year Award following the 2026 game. Ojo committed to Texas Tech on July 4 and enrolled mid-year in December 2025.
