Ellis Davis is a 6'7", 305-pound right tackle for Texas Tech from Prosper, Texas. A consensus four-star recruit in the 2024 class, Davis earned unanimous first-team All-District 5-6A honors as a senior in 2023 and was named an Under Armour All-American. He combined with his offensive line to allow no sacks over 28 games during his junior and senior seasons in high school. At Texas Tech, Davis redshirted during his 2024 freshman season and served as a scout team member. In 2025, he remained a redshirt freshman and continued as a scout team contributor without appearing in game action. Davis is a management major.
