Coy Eakin, a 6'2" wide receiver from Stephenville, Texas, is a returning redshirt senior for Texas Tech. As a junior in 2025, he appeared in all 14 games with 12 starts, catching 49 passes for 653 yards and six touchdowns while averaging 13.3 yards per reception. He also handled punt returns, recording eight returns for 121 yards with a long of 36 yards. Eakin earned All-Big 12 honorable mention honors and was named Big 12 Championship Offensive Player of the Game after recording three catches for 66 yards and two touchdowns against BYU in December.
