Brock Golwas is a sophomore linebacker for Texas Tech who hails from Flower Mound, Texas, where he attended Marcus High School. A consensus three-star recruit, Golwas committed to the Red Raiders in January 2024. During his 2025 freshman season, he appeared in all 14 games and recorded 15 total tackles with 7 solo stops and 1 quarterback hurry. He earned 99 defensive snaps and a 71.7 overall grade from Pro Football Focus, with the bulk of his production coming against Big 12 opponents. His standout performance came in the Big 12 Championship versus BYU on December 6, when he recorded six tackles in limited action. Golwas is a business major at Texas Tech.
