Zay Anderson is a true freshman cornerback from Greeneville, Tennessee, standing 6'0" and weighing 175 pounds. A four-star recruit ranked No. 240 nationally with a rating of 0.916, Anderson was listed among the top 40 cornerback prospects by major recruiting services. At Greeneville High School, he helped lead the team to a 12-2 record and 7-0 district mark in 2025, reaching the Class 4A semifinal. As a junior in 2024, he recorded 28 receptions for 713 yards and 11 touchdowns while adding four interceptions defensively. He committed to Tennessee in June 2025 and enrolled early to participate in spring practices. Anderson is majoring in sport management.
