R.J. Blount is a running back for the Temple Owls who enrolled in January as a member of the 2026 recruiting class. The Pennsauken, New Jersey native was a two-year letterwinner and all-conference honoree at Pennsauken High School under head coach Clinton Tabb. As a senior, he recorded 1,585 all-purpose yards and 16 touchdowns while earning all-conference honors. During his junior season, he accumulated 1,585 all-purpose yards and 21 touchdowns.
