Eric King is a 6'3", 300-pound left guard for Temple who hails from Jersey City, New Jersey, where he attended Saint Peter's Prep and lettered all four years. He arrived at Temple as part of the 2023 recruiting class and redshirted his freshman year. King made his collegiate debut in Week 3 of 2024 against Coastal Carolina and started the final seven games of the season. In 2025, he opened the campaign as the team's starting left guard and earned fourth team All-American Conference honors from Phil Steele while also serving as a team captain. A missed stretch due to injury interrupted his 13-game starting streak. Now a redshirt junior in 2026, King earned preseason first-team All-American Conference recognition from both Phil Steele and Athlon Sports.
