Wassie Lugolobi is a true freshman inside linebacker for Stanford. The 6'1", 225-pound native of Seattle, Washington, attended Eastside Catholic High School in Sammamish, where he earned four letters in football, three in track and field, and one in basketball. A three-star recruit ranked No. 22 nationally at his position by national outlets, Lugolobi was named First Team All-Metro linebacker three consecutive years (2023, 2024, 2025) and earned Metro Defensive Player of the Year honors twice (2024, 2025). He also received First Team All-State honors in 2024 and was named Eastside Catholic's Defensive MVP that season. In his final year, Lugolobi served as team captain.
