Charlie Eckhardt is a safety for Stanford Cardinal wearing No. 39. The redshirt sophomore from Centennial, Colorado, attended Arapahoe High School, where he earned First Team All-State honors in football and was named Centennial League Athlete of the Year. In 2025, his first year with playing time, Eckhardt appeared in all 12 games and made his first three career starts at safety. He recorded 34 total tackles (22 solo), 2.0 tackles-for-loss, and three pass breakups. Eckhardt earned All-ACC Academic Team recognition and was honored as a National Football Foundation Scholar-Athlete.
