Bailey Fletcher is a free safety for Rice who hails from San Antonio's Reagan High School, where he earned three All-District 28-6A selections. As a senior, Fletcher recorded 63 tackles, four interceptions, and 16 pass breakups while forcing four fumbles. He redshirted during the 2024 season and appeared in four games in 2025, accumulating 10 total tackles across 102 defensive snaps. His best performance came against South Florida with four tackles and a pass breakup. Fletcher was named to the American Conference All-Academic team in 2025.
