Isaiah Needam is a 6'0", 195-pound defensive back from Indianapolis, Indiana who attended Perry Meridian High School, where he recorded three interceptions and 50 tackles during his senior year. Named first team all-conference and a Region 7 all-star, Needam also competed in track and field, winning sectional, regional, and conference titles in the long jump. He did not appear in games as a freshman in 2024. In 2025, his redshirt freshman season, Needam appeared in 11 games on special teams, accumulating six total tackles including a season-high three at Northwestern on October 18, while logging 122 special teams snaps.
