Jim Fitzgerald is an offensive lineman from Severna Park, Maryland, where he was a three-year letterman at Archbishop Spalding High School. He earned second-team all-county honors as a senior when his team went 10-1, and competed in the Big 33 All-Star Classic. At Penn State, Fitzgerald redshirted in 2022 while appearing in two games and garnering Developmental Squad Offensive Player of the Week honors three times. He saw no action in 2023 or 2024 before appearing in one game during the 2025 redshirt junior campaign. Standing 6'7" and weighing 337 pounds, Fitzgerald is a history major with family ties to college football.
