T'Andre Waverly is a tight end from Everett, Washington, where he attended Kamiak High School. A three-star recruit rated by recruiting services, Waverly earned All-League honors all four years and was named to the Everett Herald's All-Area First Team as a junior. As a senior, he recorded 264 yards on 15 catches while tallying 35 tackles, four tackles for loss, and three sacks. In his junior season, he made eight catches for 87 yards and a touchdown. Waverly also competes in track and field. He redshirted during his 2025 freshman season at Oregon State and is currently on the roster for the Beavers.
