Gabe Milbourn is a 6'5", 248-pound tight end from Sonora, California, who lettered at Sonora Union High School under head coach Bryan Craig. A three-star prospect, Milbourn appeared in four games during his redshirt freshman year in 2022, then saw action in 11 games as a redshirt sophomore in 2023 and all 12 games the following season. In 2025, his redshirt senior campaign, Milbourn played in all 12 games with six starts, recording 17 receptions for 185 yards and one touchdown. He posted a season-high six receptions for 48 yards against Lafayette and scored on a 1-yard reception versus Sam Houston, where he also finished with 57 receiving yards on three catches.
