Justin Harris is a 6'4", 202-pound safety from Richmond, Virginia, who attended Mills Godwin High School. A three-star recruit in the 2020 class, Harris played two seasons at Duquesne, where he accumulated 10 tackles (four solo) primarily on special teams. He subsequently transferred to Central State University, where he recorded 26 tackles (18 solo), four pass breakups, and three interceptions in 2025.
