Landon Meier is a cornerback for North Dakota State, standing 5'11" and weighing 195 pounds. The Fargo, North Dakota native graduated from Shanley High School in 2024, where he played quarterback and free safety as a three-year starter and team captain. He passed for 3,529 yards and 44 touchdowns while rushing 148 times for 869 yards and 17 touchdowns, earning first-team all-state honors and helping the Deacons to a state championship in 2022. Meier redshirted the 2024 season and appeared in three games as a freshman in 2025, recording his first career tackle against South Dakota. He was named to the 2024 MVFC Honor Roll.
