Darius Givance is a 6'2", 215-pound safety from Champlin, Minnesota, where he graduated from Champlin Park High School in 2022. He redshirted in 2022 before appearing in all 15 games as a freshman in 2023, leading the Bison with nine special teams tackles. In 2024, Givance played in all 16 contests and recorded 45 total tackles while making nine starts at strong safety. During his 2025 junior season, he appeared in all 13 games with 12 starts, accumulating 37 tackles, two interceptions, and two pass breakups. He earned All-Missouri Valley Football Conference second-team honors and is returning to North Dakota State as a redshirt senior.
