Coy Okeson is an offensive guard for the North Dakota State Bison. The 6'5", 310-pound sophomore from Minot, North Dakota, graduated from Bishop Ryan High School in 2024. At the prep level, Okeson played offensive and defensive line under coach Eric Knutson, earning team captain honors twice and four all-conference selections. He was a three-time all-state performer, with first-team honors in 2022 and 2023. His senior year included 65 tackles, 31 tackles for loss, and 6.5 sacks. Over his career, he tallied 200 tackles, 90 tackles for loss, and 35 sacks. Okeson redshirted during the 2024 season and earned 2024 MVFC Honor Roll recognition. He did not play in any games during the 2025 season.
