Ben Schepp is a linebacker from Velva, North Dakota, standing 6'1" and weighing 210 pounds. A 2025 graduate of Velva High School, he was a four-year starter and two-time captain who played quarterback and safety. Schepp earned three all-state first team honors at quarterback and four all-conference first team selections. He passed for 8,805 yards and 112 touchdowns while rushing for 2,148 yards and 37 touchdowns during his high school career. As a senior, he completed 73 percent of his passes (139-for-190) for 2,361 yards and 33 touchdowns with two interceptions. Schepp joined North Dakota State in 2025 as a true freshman but did not appear in any games during the season.
