Tripp Walsh is a 6'5" tight end from Hartland, Wisconsin, who lettered at Arrowhead High School. As a senior in 2022, he earned Classic 8 First-Team All-Conference honors after recording 25 receptions for 443 yards and nine touchdowns, helping lead Arrowhead to a 9-3 record and Division 1 quarterfinal appearance. Walsh redshirted his freshman season at Iowa State in 2023. He appeared in 13 games as a redshirt freshman in 2024, catching one pass for 11 yards against Arkansas State, and played in all 12 games in 2025, recording one 9-yard reception versus South Dakota. He is currently a redshirt junior transfer to New Mexico.
