Tavian Combs is a safety for the New Mexico Lobos who stands 6'2" and weighs 198 pounds. A native of Amarillo, Texas, he attended Randall High School before joining the program in 2020 as a two-star recruit. During the 2025 season, Combs recorded 72 total tackles, including 36 solo stops, along with one interception for 11 yards, three pass deflections, and 0.5 tackles for loss. He returns for the 2026 season as a redshirt senior.
