Jahmir Torres is a left cornerback for the New Mexico Lobos standing 5'10" and weighing 182 pounds. A native of Los Angeles, California, Torres attended King/Drew High School, where he lettered as a two-way player. On defense, he recorded 34 tackles, three interceptions, and four pass breakups during his senior year. Offensively, he rushed for 1,110 yards and nine touchdowns while also catching 34 passes for 800 yards and 11 touchdowns. As a sophomore in 2025, Torres appeared in nine games as a reserve and accumulated 12 total tackles with one pass deflection, including a career-high two tackles against Idaho State.
