Eli Cronin is a linebacker for the New Mexico Lobos standing 6'0" and weighing 216 pounds. The Chandler, Arizona native lettered three seasons at Basha High School, where he earned All-State 6A honors and Premier Region Defensive Player of the Year. Over his high school career, Cronin compiled 413 tackles, including 106 as a senior and 193 as a junior. He recorded 54 career tackles for loss, posting 21.5 in both his junior and senior years, along with 17.5 sacks (9.0 and 5.5 respectively). Cronin added three interceptions as a senior, five career pass breakups, five fumble recoveries, and three forced fumbles. He currently remains undecided on his major.
