Brian Booker is a nose tackle from Mansfield, Texas who transferred to New Mexico from Texas Southern. Standing 6'3" and weighing 330 pounds, Booker earned redshirt junior status and appeared in 12 games during the 2025 season with 11 starts. He recorded 19 tackles, 3.0 tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks, one pass breakup, and one fumble recovery while earning Honorable Mention All-Mountain West recognition. Booker posted a season-high four tackles against Utah State and matched his career-high 1.5 tackles for loss against Boise State.
