Albert Tuakalau is a 6'4", 245-pound right defensive end from Redwood City, California, who lettered in football and basketball at Sequoia High School. At the prep level, he recorded 47 tackles, 4.0 tackles for loss, 2.0 sacks, and forced a fumble on defense, while also seeing time at tight end with 36 receptions for 433 yards and eight touchdowns. He then played at College of San Mateo, where he lettered and won a national JC title, posting 20 tackles across nine games that included five tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, and a pass breakup.
