Joseph Adedire is a defensive end from Arlington, TX who attended Mansfield Summit High School before joining Texas Tech. As a true freshman in 2023, he appeared in 12 games with nine starts, recording 19 total tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, and 1 sack across 306 defensive snaps. In his sophomore year, he started eight of 12 games, primarily at outside linebacker, tallying 25 total tackles and 1 sack while playing 548 snaps. A preseason injury forced him to redshirt in 2024. Adedire transferred to NC State in May 2025 and currently holds the defensive end position, having recorded 6 total tackles, 2 tackles for loss, and 1 sack in 2025.
