Fatt Forrest is a 6'2", 235-pound linebacker for Mississippi State. Originally from Kilmichael, MS, he prepped at Winona High School, where he recorded 238 career tackles and six sacks while earning 3A First Team All-State honors. He helped lead Winona to a 15-0 record and the 2023 3A State Championship, the first in school history. A 3-star recruit ranked No. 35 in Mississippi, Forrest committed to Mississippi State on June 5, 2023, and was selected to the 2023 Army All-American Bowl Team. He made his collegiate debut against Eastern Kentucky on 8/31/2024 and appeared in three games as a true freshman before earning a redshirt. In 2025, Forrest played in five games without recording statistics. He entered the transfer portal but chose to return to the Bulldogs.
