Ryan Estrada is a freshman running back for the Minnesota Golden Gophers. The El Paso, Texas native attended El Dorado High School, where he compiled 620 carries for 7,633 yards and 95 touchdowns, making him El Paso's all-time leading rusher. He added receiving production with over 40 receptions totaling nearly 600 yards and 8 touchdowns. Named 1-5A Division 1 All-District Overall Most Valuable Player as a senior, Estrada was rated a four-star prospect and ranked by national outlets as the No. 23 running back in his class.
