Riley Sunram is a redshirt sophomore nose tackle for Minnesota who hails from Kindred, North Dakota. Standing 6'5" and weighing 305 pounds, Sunram was a four-star recruit and the top-ranked prospect in North Dakota. In his 2025 freshman season, he appeared in eight games and recorded two tackles, including one against Iowa and another against Oregon. He also saw action in contests versus Northwestern State, Ohio State, Purdue, Nebraska, Michigan State, and Wisconsin. Sunram is in his third year with the program.
