Justis Haggard is a safety for the Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders. The 5'10", 198-pound true freshman from Tullahoma, Tennessee, attended Oakland High School, where he was a four-year starter across three schools. As a senior at Oakland, Haggard recorded 45 tackles with one tackle for loss, two interceptions, a forced fumble, and a blocked kick on defense. He also contributed offensively with 439 rushing yards and 15 touchdowns, plus six receptions for 117 yards and a touchdown. Haggard earned all-state and all-region honors during his prep career.
