Cam Fancher is a redshirt senior quarterback from Dayton, Ohio, who transferred to Michigan State in January 2026. The 6'2", 207-pound signal caller spent five seasons at three previous schools: Marshall (2021–2023), Florida Atlantic (2024), and UCF (2025).
